With delicious, locally sourced and seasonal food prepared with care by our in-house chefs, we can tailor our menus to meet your every needs, whether it’s hot plates, cold buffet, seasonal salads, finger food, canapés, breakfast bites or sweet treats.

With experience catering to a wide range of dietary requirements, as well as being able to suit any budget, we pride ourselves on providing a service that will make your guests – and your event – feel extra special

Coexist Community Kitchen Catering

The Coexist Community Kitchen has been set up to share knowledge and skills around food and cooking with you and others in the local community! We work with all different groups and run education based sessions that bring people together over food!

Alongside this, from our base at Hamilton House, we can provide catering for any kind of event here in the building. Our food is made and served with love, we want to create lunch for meetings and conferences that are lively and convivial and that challenge the expectations of conference catering. We will be there to serve the food during your lunch break, however if preferred we can leave it for you to serve yourselves.

We offer two menus and can cater for groups from 25 to 200 people.

Here is an example menu, however we are opening to designing more bespoke dishes once we have conversed with you! Our food is mainly vegetarian however, it doesn’t strictly have to be so. If we are to use meat then we source it responsibly (local and organic) therefore we would add a surcharge to your quote.

Option 1 Salad package £8 per head no VAT to pay.

Fresh seasonal salad – e.g. tabbouleh, roasted root vegetables, warm noodle dish, wild rice salad

Dip – eg Hummus, babaganoush, tzatziki, satay sauce

Plus * – Salad leaves, Bread, Cake or fruit

Option 2 Hotpot package £10 per head no VAT to pay.

Hot Pot (e.g. Curry or soup) – Plus the same menu from Option 1

We also offer a Workers Lunch option for groups under 20ppl.

Workers Lunch sandwich package £8 per head no VAT to pay. For between 10-20ppl, make 3 sandwich choices, 20+ ppl 4 choices

Sandwich platter * – Selection of filled breads

(examples) – Roasted seasonal vegetables with hummus (vg.) Slow roasted courgettes with goats cheese (v). Smoked cheddar & sweet chili pickle (v). Mushroom & tarragon pate with watercress (vg). Smoked Mackerel with cream cheese & lemon. Roasted Hereford topside of beef & horseradish.

Fruit platter – Fruit platters are fresh and seasonal

Homemade cakes * – (examples) Carrot cake. Chocolate brownie. Poppy seed flapjack. (v/vg)

Please note that we require at least 10 days notice before your booking to guarantee that we can accommodate your needs.

All dishes will be freshly prepared on the day of your event so please note some ingredients will change due to seasonality and availability. All our meat, bread & dairy products are sourced within the West Country & are free range and organic where possible. * Gluten free bread is available on request. * All dietary and allergen requirements can be accommodated.

Tea/Coffee – £1

Selection of fairtrade tea and coffee and herbal infusions, soya milk available upon request

With Biscuits – £1.65

Doves Organic and Fairtrade biscuits, flavours include lemon zest, ginger, fig and quinoa, cocoa crunch cookies and wholwheat digestives. Gluten, wheat, dairy, nut, soya free options.

With pastries – £2.50

Selection of croissants, pain aux chocolats, almond croissants and danish pastries

Juice – £1

Eager 100% squeezed and pressed juices, not from concentrate, no artificial preservatives.

Squeezed orange Juice, cloudy pressed apple juice, squeezed pink grapefruit

We offer complimentary jugs of water and glasses upon request
