Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 3:30pm on Sunday, repeating until 27th January 2019
Vinyasa is a fluid, free flowing style of yoga, transitioning from one movement to the next. It will quickly bring heat to the body and concentration to the mind.
The classes will gradually condition and lengthen muscles whilst strengthening the body and mental focus. The class keeps to a pace with some more challenging poses along the way. A full range of modifications and adjustment are given. You will leave feeling energised, relaxed and great in your body.
Intermediate class: Some knowledge of postures and transitions are needed for this class, not suitable as an introduction to yoga.
Please bring your own mat, if possible (there are limited numbers available in the space)
