Soul Stretch – Yoga Brunch is the perfect healthy Saturday morning treat for you, with 80 minutes of dance flow-centred yoga with the lovely Fay Trezise – an exceptionally talented and experienced yoga teacher. The class will be centred around the physical core, energising the Manipura Chakra and activating the fire element (philosophically you will be looking at confidence, direction, intention and passion). All beautiful transitional forces, this area is also responsible for food and digestion.
After the yoga session, you will convene around beautifully laid out tables to feast on a nourishing brunch prepared by team Wriggle favourites, Emmeline. Why choose between brunch and yoga on a Saturday morning when you can do both!
