Power Vinyasa Yoga

An event every week that begins at 5:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until 5th September 2028
Open to all levels. This is a strength-focused vinyasa class, with options to modify for a gentler practice. Expect a playful flow, comprised of a blend of powerful asana, cleansing pranayama and mindful meditation for a rounded class aimed at improving flexibility, balance and of course, strength! You can also expect poetry, a sprinkling of anatomical theory and use of essential oils. Laughing during class is highly encouraged – come ready to sweat!
