Ability Level: Classes are tailored to all ability levels for those with no severe injuries or medical conditions
You’ll improve your fitness while burning calories with a range of exercises, which mainly uses your own body rather than weights. These sessions are for LGBT people and their friends and family. The class is one hour with the option to socialise in the café afterwards.
This class can benefit your other sporting activities. But if you’re new to exercise it’ll get you started while having fun meeting other people in the LGBT community.
