An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Learn to meditate effectively at this session held at Wellbeing, Hamilton House. Beginning at 1.00 pm, each session includes two meditations lasting approximately 20 minutes each. The first meditation is on the breath, and the second is different each week.
The group is aimed at complete beginners and experienced meditators equally. The meditations taught at the group do not lead you away from basic reality but towards it. Grounded in common experience and reason, when practised regularly, they can help you to develop a calm, focused clear mind that enables you to improve your life, relationships and activities.
Meditations are led free of charge, by experienced buddhist meditators, who select the meditations for their universal applicability.
