Intermediate Open Vocal Training Class

An event every week that begins at 8:10pm on Monday, repeating until 17th December 2018
Are you singing in a band, a choir or at jam sessions and want to bring your vocal skills to another level and get some training? Maybe sometimes you experience your voice being hoarse and exhausted and your throat feeling tensed after you’ve sung at home, at your rehearsals or after performing on stage? Or maybe you just want to have fun exploring your voice?
Then, come and join my open vocal training class!
I will introduce you to exercises that will help you strengthen your voice and work out your range by releasing abdominal pressure, developing your ‘twang’ and establishing an effective muscular support to let go of tension so you can sing more freely.
Voice – Breathing – Body
My work as a vocal teacher is based on various methods I was introduced to and taught in the course of my music and Jazz vocal studies. The most influential methods are Speech Level, CVT- Complete Vocal Technique (Catherine Sadoline), echopunktmethode (Susanne Amberg-Schneeweis) and Sing With Freedom (Per Bristow).
Further elements I like to blend in my classes are based on the following methods: Feldenkrais, Eric Franklin Methode and Taketina.

Sound Your Voice is my platform through which I am offering regular vocal workshops as well as one-on-one lessons from beginner to advanced levels.
Sound Your Voice basically means to free and unravel the voice and breath and to reconnect with our playful and curious self.
