Love performance? Theatre? Storytelling? Want to work the muscle of your imagination & inspire movement in your body? So you are always READY for the next project?
COME move body, mind, imagination and soul – from simple physical theatre exercises connecting you to breath, movement & your whole body, to fun improv exercises.
Whether you are an experienced performer or simply curious in playful techniques to strengthen your ability to express yourself with your body, and exercise your visual imagination.
Weekly classes – term times.
A CoResist collaboration with Deborah Antoinette Performance – over 7 years of experience in facilitating workshops in Clown, Storytelling, Authentic Public Speaking & Performance.
She has directed and performed in shows & storytelling performances from London to South Korea including at The Wardrobe &The Cube (to name Bristol venues).
She has a deep passion for working with people, to connect them with their imaginations and bodies.
