Learn the basics of hula hooping / hoopdance with one of the UK’s leading instructors, Nick Broyd.
You are welcome to join at any time, although the first Wednesday of the month features a complete beginners overview/recap, starting at the very basics. Other classes explore trick and technique areas such as lifts, body rolls, isolations, chest and knee hooping, transitions and flashy tricks. Perfect for new hoopers or those with a little experience.
