Return to your true state of health, happiness and inner harmony. Hatha yoga uses postures and conscious breathing to bring balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus, relaxation and a sense of well being to the practitioner. So be good to yourself and allow an hour to really be present, let go and truly experience the now.
