“The gong is the first and last instrument of the human mind” Yogi Bhajan.
Gong Yoga is a specific type of yoga which uses the gong to bring the power of yoga to a higher experience.
Gong Yoga is a practice that can be used with any type of yoga but in this class we will use mainly use Kundalini Yoga techniques.
The sound of the gong will enhance and accelerate the techniques used to unblock, clean you from any unwanted energies and accelerate your personal growth. A relaxing yet powerful experience so it is important to be mentally prepared and drink lots of healthy liquids before and after the class.
This is a unique experience to regular yoga or meditators as well as for anybody who has never tried yoga and/or Kundalini Yoga.
Please bring a good blanket and your yoga mat if you like but basic yoga mats will be provided.
