An event every week that begins at 2:15pm on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
DanceHall based aerobic workouts/routines. This is a class where you can expect something different every week, recurring elements will continue to aid progression. This class is intended for Beginners and upwards as basic dance techniques will be taught, coupled with aerobic elements. Have fun whilst getting fit! (Banging tunes featured).
A class costs £7 for solo participation, £6 if you come with a friend. There are also block booking deals available and introduce a friend bonus, and first taster class is only £1.
