Broga® is a signature fitness-inspired yoga practice designed for anyone looking to reap the benefits that a yoga asana practice entails.
It is a strong, intense and physically challenging workout with accessible postures that challenge the body in new ways, increase performance and capability in sport and reduces the possibility of injury or painful impingement.
Participants will use and develop strength, stamina and increased mobility from the very first class.
As a Personal Trainer and a certified Broga® instructor, Will Dukes runs a fun fitness and flexibility class accompanied by an array of music and with variations to suit the newly active and fitness fanatics alike. Everybody is welcome!
One of the greatest aspects of Broga® is the partner work, it’s a real community-building weekly event.
