Bollywood dance fitness is a highly energetic, dynamic and most enjoyable way to burn your calories. In the sessions we take journey through different dance style from India making the whole experience colourful, vibrant and fun filled. The sessions highly focuses on releasing the muscle stiffness, body toning, flexibility and stamina building. All of this comes packaged with the exposure to the beautiful Indian culture through it’s peppy and refreshing music and dance. The class flows through different intensity and difficulty levels making it comfortable and enjoyable to every participant and the routine are well structured to give a whole body cardio workout.
