'What do you want from Coexist in 2013?'

The Coexist AGM is a golden opportunity for YOU the people of our community, in Hamilton House or Bristol wide, to contribute your ideas, solutions and preferences to Coexist's aims and objectives for 2013. Therefore we would like to encourage and welcome you to make your mark on this day, to take part, share openly your feedback, challenges, successes, solutions and ideas for the benefit of Coexistence next year.

Below is the format for the afternoon:

1pm: TENANTS LUNCH: (Events space) 

There will be a beautiful lunch provided by our in-house Kino Chef Jenny and her amazing team of volunteers to warm the community spirit.

1.30pm: COEXIST TEAM PRESENTATION. (Conference space 5th Floor)

Do you know the full diversity of amazing things that Coexist does? There will be a short presentation to inform you of the challenges and successes of 2012

1.45pm: OPEN SPACE:

A break-out session where you can ask questions and contribute to different areas of the project.

Finish: 2.30pm

Cycle to Cloud Cuckoo Land - Leaving from Hamilton House next Friday

Roll Up On Bikes for Cloud Cuckoo Land Festival 2012!

Join Roll Up On Bikes next weekend on a 15 mile amble through the rolling hills of Somerset, all the way to the Clouds!

Meet Roll Up On Bikes at Hamilton House in Bristol's Stokes Croft between 11am and 12 noon on Friday 3rd August. The ride will return on Monday 6th.

•  Every bike will be checked over by a fully qualified Dr. Bike mechanic, courtesy of the Bristol Bike Project, who'll accompany the tour all the way to the Clouds!

•  Every tent and bag will be loaded into a support vehicle, which will be waiting for you upon your arrival!
•  Every cyclist will be treated to a FREE ice cold pint in the Clouds, as well as a FREE solar powered shower to recover for the weekend of dancing and merriment ahead!

The best thing is that the ride is completely FREE - all you need is to turn up with a bike and a smile! Don't worry if you're not Bradley Wiggins, we'll be taking it nice and relaxed.
