The Hamilton Hub on the 5th floor of Hamilton House is the home to our Co-working and Hotdesking office, providing flexible, affordable desk space on a temporary or long-term basis.

We are in the process of launching our 'Co-working' space. 'Co-working' is the gathering of people working independently who are also interested in joining a community of like-minded individuals, which provides great opportunities for networking and working better together than you can alone. The Co-working option is a more long-term option, allowing you to bed down in the space and put down some roots.

Hotdesking is sharing office space with others rather than having your own fixed desk space so that you can use it on a part-time basis. A practical alternative to working from home, the suite has inspiring views of Bristol and lots of open space.

Everyone is eligible to use the space, whether you are self-employed, starting up a new business or simply need somewhere to work productively for a day. We currently have a mix of Co-workers and Hot-deskers sharing the space.

Cost:

Co-working desks: £150 a month for a permanent desk for you and your business to call your own. Price drops to £130 per month for businesses with 2 or more desks next to each other.

• 24/7 access (£10 key card deposit)
• free to access wifi or ethernet internet connection
• 25% discounted rates for meeting rooms
• kitchenette
• teas & coffees provided
• short-term licenses available
• direct phone-line contracts available through virgin media (this is a cost covered by you)
• free locker space (£10 padlock deposit)
• free lockable drawers (£10 key deposit)
• cosy break out area for informal meetings and breaks
• freedom to settle in and make the space yours (think hanging signs, plants, photos etc...!)

Hot-desks: £10 / day up-to £150 in any one month, after which you pay no more

All users of the hub are welcome to invite people for small informal meetings with one or two people in the break out area. For larger, more formal meetings we would ask you to book a meeting room.

If you want to invite a friend and colleague, they are able to work at their own desk for the usual £10 day rate, or Co-workers can share their desk space for free.

Opening Hours

Office hours are: 9-6pm Monday – Friday (you can work outside these hours as well subject to agreement from Coexist team)

Access card available for 24/7 access (£10 deposit)
