Three one-off, stand-alone introductory Mindfulness sessions on 2nd May, 6th June and 4th July that lead onto a full 10 week course in September.

In these workshops you’ll learn some basic techniques that can be used anytime, anywhere to help you manage stress. As you notice your habitual reactions to difficulties arising in your life you will be better equipped to manage these challenges more effectively and with ease.
