Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an effective new training programme that develops our capacity to deal with life with more balance and compassion both for ourselves and for those around us. We learn to be more accepting of life's challenges, whether pleasant or unpleasant. Therefore we can deal with stress and difficulty creatively and effectively, which creates more space for us to enjoy our life as it unfolds, moment by moment.
